For me, he still is the definitive Captain America. He's the voice I imagine whenever I read a Cap comic. He sounds warm, compassionate and he also sounds like a soldier that fought on WWII.
I also enjoyed him as Blackstar, the Wizard, Garth, Tyrin, Ubu, Bow, Hordak and Captain Lou Albano.
