When Funimation re-dubbed Dragon Ball: Curse of the Blood Rubies.... they could have done a bit better.
She's great and all... but hearing the same little girl voice just gets annoying.

@Cat_Z To be fair, that was a very cheap production done pretty quickly at the last second when fans made noise about FUNi reissuing the 1995 dub (after it was confirmed by an early magazine reviewer of the DVD that FUNi had no plans on redubbing the film). According to Monica Rial, recording was only done about a month or so before the DVD release, which gives me the impression that FUNi just pulled in immediately available voice actors to quickly do voices on the film before it's release.
Cherami's stale and forced performance as Pansy was NOT her fault. It was most likely the result of a rushed production schedule and poor direction, since the entire rest of the cast also sounded stale and forced, not to mention "phoned-in".
