VIZ has gone on record saying that their DVDs didn't sell as well as they hope (I believe now they're out of print) so a Blue Water dub reprisal isn't very likely.
Sentai Filmworks might surprise everybody and get the 2011 series but it'll probably be Funimation.
The new replacement for Hisoka's English voice will have high expectations to meet. :)

Are you related to Paul Hunter as well? the guy voiced Shadow in Megaman X: Command Mission, or is that just a coincidence?
